Paaspop needed to control drone activity in a high-traffic festival setting, where spotting unauthorized drones was difficult, and finding the pilots nearly impossible.

At Paaspop - one of the largest festivals in the Netherlands - organizers, police, and regulatory bodies faced mounting pressure to monitor and manage drone activity. The safety of tens of thousands of attendees was at stake, but traditional detection tools couldn’t reliably spot rogue drones or trace their pilots. Real-time tracking of both authorized and unauthorized drones was essential for safe, legal operations.
