We're looking for a E-commerce and Logistics Specialist

Your main focus will be managing the e-shop and logistics.

In our company, we run a small online store where we sell and send our products worldwide. We need someone to handle the administration, order processing, and organizing shipments. You will work as part of an internal team.

Your tasks will include managing the e-shop, processing orders, and making sure everything goes smoothly from receiving the order to shipping it. Your colleagues will assist you with the shipping process.

  • Manage and update products: add new items, edit descriptions, pictures, and adjust prices.
  • Handle complaints and returns: your goal is to keep customers happy.
  • Work closely with the team: cooperate with warehouse and office staff to make sure deliveries are fast and efficient.
  • Monitor stock: make sure we always have enough products available.
  • Provide basic support for our customers.

Logistics:

  • Create invoices and book transport (DHL, UPS) for international shipments.
  • Organize shipment orders and track delivery progress.
  • It’s great if you have experience in e-commerce or logistics, but it’s not required. We are happy to teach you!
