We are looking for Business Development Executive

Are you ready to sell cutting-edge tech products and work on international projects? We're looking for an experienced sales specialist to drive sales of our products and gradually build their own client portfolio.

Dronetag is a Czech technology company developing electronic devices for safe drone operations. Our products enable remote identification and tracking of drones, which is crucial for integrating them into regular airspace.

We manufacture both miniature transmitters for drones and ground receivers for critical infrastructure and airports. Our devices are already used by pilots in over 40 countries worldwide, and we're among the global leaders in this rapidly growing field.

Our Products:

  • For Drones: Small transmitters like Dronetag Mini or Beacon that send real-time drone data
  • For Ground Stations: RIDER, Scout, and other receivers for critical infrastructure, airports, and professional pilots

Demand for both types of devices grows every year, and we need to strengthen our sales team to handle the increasing global interest.

We're looking for someone excited to dive into international projects – from critical infrastructure across Europe to public safety and major festivals. You'll manage a client portfolio spanning America and Europe, working on projects that truly matter.

Don't worry, you won't be alone – you'll join our 4-person sales team: Angel, Dan, Kuba, and Sabina.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Working with international opportunities: Communicating with potential customers and developing business relationships across global markets
  • Taking on new customers: We have so many customers reaching out that we need someone to take them on and gradually build their own portfolio
  • Working on major projects: Participating in large-scale critical infrastructure projects in Europe, public safety initiatives, and major events like festivals
  • CRM management: Managing contacts in our CRM system (we use Pipedrive), maintaining communication history, and tracking sales opportunities
  • Key account management: Taking care of existing partners, regular contact, and active role in selling new products and features
  • International communication: All communication is in English – you'll be talking with clients across America and Europe
  • Trade show business activities: Identifying new partners, planning meetings, and follow-up activities – including traveling worldwide
  • Technical sales support: Explaining technical details of our products (combination of hardware and software) to customers

Are you a good fit?

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally with technical products
  • Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Advanced English at communication level – all communication is in English
  • Technical mindset – willingness and ability to quickly learn technical details of our products
  • Communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with international partners
  • Organizational skills and multitasking ability
