We're looking for a Office manager

Slowly but surely, we are leaving the chaos of the startup world and tuning our processes and environment to the level of a more mature company. We are looking for someone who can help us with this - practically, organizationally and humanly. 
 
So, who are we looking for at Dronetag? 

You’ll be the brain and heart of our office. 

  • When everything runs smoothly and no one even notices someone’s been taking care of it all – that’s the biggest compliment. The printer has paper, the fridge has milk, and the meeting room has chairs. When something breaks, you know who to call. When something’s off, you usually know before the leadership does. Got a soft spot for small chaos, random emergencies, and “no idea how to fix this” moments? Great – that’s exactly where you shine. 

Your role will be super diverse: 

Daily ops & smooth office life 

  • Full care of our office and daily flow (supplies, cleaning, mailbox, gate, dishwasher, couriers, keys, printers…).
  • Talking to vendors (cleaners, gardener, coffee suppliers, etc.).
  • Tracking and buying equipment (laptops, phones, office gear, company cars/scooters)
  • Managing our beloved California van (service, gas, calendar).
  • Handling post and deliveries, backoffice emails, and chatting with our accountant. 

People, events & good vibes 

  • Planning team events (teambuildings, garden parties, BBQs, Christmas…).
  • Keeping the office atmosphere cozy – sometimes with flowers, sometimes with cookies.
  • Sharing updates with the team (Teams posts, invites, small reminders).
  • Onboarding newbies (welcome, gear, seat, good first day vibes). 

Orders & admin 

  • Ordering office and tech supplies.
  • Preparing invoices, solving returns.
  • Basic care of company benefits (Multisport, safety training, language courses). 

Business trips & light PA tasks 

  • Helping with travel logistics (hotels, flights, checklists.
  • Occasional tasks from our CEO – book, pick up, arrange. 

If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you: 

  • You think ahead and connect the dots – you spot issues before they explode.
  • You can juggle ten things at once without failing (or losing your cool head).
  • You have a natural “I’ve got this” attitude, but you’re not afraid to say “nope, this doesn’t work.
  • You communicate clearly and kindly – in Czech perfectly, in English comfortably (emails, casual calls, office visits – no rocket science, but it matters).
  • You have a driver’s license – sometimes you'll pick up gear or take the car for service.
  • You’re tech-savvy – Google Sheets, Teams, email, gear logs? All fine.
  • You’ve done this kind of role before – ideally in a 30+ people company where things are alive and kicking. This isn’t a junior role; we need someone who knows the ropes.
  • You're curious about HR and systems – and we’ll gladly give you space to grow.
  • You’re independent but not a lone ranger – you know when to handle it solo and when to check in.
  • You love keeping things in order – in drawers and in team comms too.

  • One day it’s a courier with drone cables, the next day it’s a puzzle nobody knows how to solve.
