We are looking for Sales manager

Do you want to sell technical products and work on international projects? We are looking for a Sales Specialist who will take care of sales and build their own client portfolio. 

Dronetag is a Czech tech company developing devices for safe drone operations. Our products enable remote identification and tracking of drones – a key step for their integration into everyday airspace. 

We make both small transmitters for drones and ground receivers for airports and critical infrastructure. Our devices are already used by pilots in more than 40 countries, and we are among the global leaders in this fast-growing field. We also work with critical infrastructure, public authorities, and major festivals – our technology was used at Rock for People and Tomorrowland. 

Our products 

  • For drones: Mini transmitters (Dronetag Mini, Beacon) that send real-time flight data.
  • For ground stations: Receivers (RIDER, Scout and more) for airports, infrastructure and pro pilots. 

Demand is growing every year, and we need to expand our sales team to cover the interest from all over the world. 

You will join international projects – from critical infrastructure in Europe, to public safety, to large festivals. And you won’t be alone – you’ll work with our 4-member sales team: Angel, Dan, Lukáš and Sabina. 

What you’ll do 

  • Outbound sales – finding new business opportunities and building relationships with decision-makers.
  • Global marketsmainly Europe and the US, with more regions coming soon.
  • Big projects – critical infrastructure, public safety, international events.
  • Pipeline & CRM – managing opportunities in Pipedrive, forecasting and reporting.
  • Partner care – growing relationships and upselling new solutions.
  • Travel & events – meetings, building partnerships, representing Dronetag worldwide.
  • Technical sales – explaining our hardware + software solutions to customers. 

What we’re looking for 

  • 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally with technical products.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar).
  • Advanced English – daily communication is in English.
  • Technical mindset – ready to learn details of our products.
  • Strong communication skills to build long-term international relationships.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
